I also founded PA Educators Network International (PEN) and The Cradle of Civilization Community Life Center International, two educational and humanitarian models designed to uplift parents, children, and communities through culturally grounded support, technology, and life‑skills training. For more than two decades, I have served as a Human Services Professional and Human Life Services Foster Care Specialist, providing contracted residential care through the Philadelphia Department of Human Services. In this role, I administered and managed residential homes that offered stability, safety, and compassionate structure to youth navigating crisis and transition.
